Basic Coastal Navigation – We'll be using "The Practical Guide to Coastal Navigation" by Jeff Markell. The text book is not supplied; the student is responsible to obtain it. The lead instructor for this course is SYC member Jack Patterson, USCG Retired, an experienced boater and instructor.
