2002 Christmas Party Here are some pictures from the Shoreline Young Sailors First Annual Christmas Party, held December 7th. We had about twenty kids show for the party and six of our Young Sailors received special recognition from Shoreline Young Sailors and also from the office of State Assemblyman Alan Lowenthal. You will recall that Assemblyman Lowenthal is an Honorary Member of Shoreline Yacht Club. His involvement in SYS is typical of his continued involvement in Shoreline Yacht Club.

John and I recently cruised for ten days with clubmembers Frank and Diane Melone aboard Wizard in the Gulf Islands off Vancouver and Victoria B.C. Had a wonderful time, capped with dinner at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. Attached picture was taken on the deck there.
