Welcome to the Shoreline Yacht Club website.

Shoreline Yacht Club was founded 26 years ago, in 1983. The Downtown Shoreline Marina was made for the 1983 Olympics. Our beautiful 10,000 sq ft building is just over 5 years old. It overlooks Downtown Shoreline Marina and, of course, has one of the best views of the RMS Queen Mary.

We have been awarded “Associated Club of the Year” eight times and received the “Commodore’s Award” twice by the Southern California Yachting Association.

Our dining room is very popular with our members and their guests. We serve delicious meals every week. We have a large dining room with inside seating and we have a large, beautiful deck with a fantastic view of the marina and the Queen Mary. Our bar serves excellent drinks and snacks, with the same great view.

After dinner you can visit the Shoreline Village with many gift shops, or the Queen Mary in all of her splendor. There is also recreation and entertainment on nearby Pine Avenue.

Please help yourself to our website to see all the activities and programs that we, as a yacht club, have to offer. Whatever your interest, I’m sure that SYC can make you and your family happy.

At Shoreline Yacht Club, we are known in the local yachting world, as the friendliest club to visit or, more importantly, to become a member.
