So...You want to cruise to Paradise?


If you're looking for a way to use your boat more and make fun-loving new friends along the way, sign up for a cruise or two or all of them! Each month, Shoreline Yacht Club hosts a cruise to a popular destination. We usually round up 35 to 50 cruising boats, both sailboats and power boats, to participate in our weekend cruises. During these fun weekend excursions, you'll cruise to different harbors and anchorages with other members, stopping at local marinas up and down the Southern California coast.

Our weekend cruises frequently include dinner at another yacht club, as well as cruising to several points around Catalina Island. Dinghy parades, raft-up cocktail parties, beach-based games and contests, hikes and shore excursions all round out the trips. Our cruising program may also include week-long cruises to Channel Islands National Park and to San Diego. Charter boating trips abroad have also provided adventure and fun for our groups in places such as the British Virgin Islands, the Greek Islands and Mexico. Occasionally, even a local winery makes it on the agenda as a bus tour.
